The following is the information we need you to provide for this comprehensive report:

• Complete equipment list including manufacturer preference/standard, model number, quantities, designated OFCI items, room numbers

• Final destination (address, # of floors, dock availability, floor plans)

• Construction completion date, equipment delivery date, licensing date, opening date

• Any other pertinent information, expectations

After completing the assessment, we will meet with you, present our findings, and then discuss any customization you might require to complete the proposal.
